“As an aspiring community leader, I am always conscious about ways I can better my personal and professional repetoire of knowledge and skills. This training will be a fantastic professional development opportunity as I hope to gain insights in volunteer program management and development. I suspect this will be helpful not just for my role today as a VISTA Volunteer Coordinator but also perhaps for any future roles. Thank you again YNPN for this opportunity!”

“As a new volunteer coordinator I want to learn as much as I can in order to effectively recruit, train, and retain volunteers for my school. I am excited to gain new skills and knowledge from this workshop that will help me start my mentoring program in the fall. “

Community Based Care of Central Florida, Inc.

“I am most excited about being able to attend because this gives me more resources to better grow the mentoring programs at Community Based Care of Central Florida. Though we have made wonderful progress within the last six months, the reality is the program could grow by four times the amount of volunteers currently serving as mentors. It is my goal to help it grow that much! Again, thank you so much! I am looking forward to attending and learning more ways to help CBC grow!”
